Hey, I'm thinking of getting these products. From the little research I've done they seem to be pretty good products. My intention is to take them for general long-term brain health and function, and would also like to get intense dreams.
Does anyone know if there's anything that's synergistic with any of these, or if there'd be any issues with taking these all together? I don't drink coffee, use weed or alcohol or take any other substances, really.
I'm completely new to nootropics and am kind of overwhelmed by everything.
And on top of this, does anyone know of any products that are good for long-term health that could be taken daily?

Thanks for the response!
I guess I was just thinking of general brain health, allowing the brain to function well, repair and maintain itself, even if it doesn't really seem to have any large day by day effect. And that it won't have negative long term effects. I'm still pretty young so maybe I don't need to worry too much about this so much though. I actually just noticed your buying guide. It looks like NMN and L-carnosine are good choices for longevity?
Gotu kola and bacopa monnieri also look cool and I might want to check those out next. I would tend to like natural over synthetic products. is there any benefit of getting an extract over getting herbal teas? I imagine the extracts are much stronger? I was also thinking of adding tongkat ali in the future, if I ever needed a boost to my motivation. Right now I don't think I need any extra testosterone.
I also heard that b vitamins are pretty important to supplement so I'm going to get the life extension B complex because I saw you recommended that elsewhere.
Wow it makes me really happy to see this company do so well. I see you really care about your product, customer service, and continuously learning and improving. NMN and L-carnosine are great for longevity. However, if you are young you will likely not see acute results of that. You might. However, most of the beneficial effects are for people in their 30s or higher.

They are cool. Bacopa is one of the most used natural extracts for memory. It's very safe and builds effects over time.

Absolutely! Most herbal teas are garbage. Extracts are specifically made to be standardized for the active compounds in the plants. Taking a potent extract like we sell will be a night and day difference to making an herbal tea from the same plant.

Tongkat is one of my favorites, but again, young people won't see as big of a difference as someone older.
As for something to add to the three above for daily use, I would say CoQSol-CF and Nigella sativa would be good. Both are really effective for me personally, and are safe for daily use.

So thank you.
It's my pleasure! I am glad our efforts are appreciated!
