Just a warning for any other uk buyers, I ordered 180 phenibut capsules on the 31st but once it got into the uk it seemed to be delayed for a while until i got a letter from the police today saying it has been seized, I've just had a conversation with the officer in charge of the case and was told that while it is legal to posess it is also illegal to import it, fortunately they aren't pressing charges or investigating further.

I'm mainly just confused as some sources say differently about the legality and I have even seen posts on this subreddit about it being totally fine and that people usually get their orders so keep this in mind when you decide to buy.

They released new guidance for importing, too. They are trying to get every company outside the UK to collect VAT on their behalf, then remit it to them monthly! LOL. The UK has no jurisdiction over a US company! They have no right to force US companies to collect UK VAT! This whole Brexit thing is a shitshow... Ohh, we'll make it harder to get things into the UK to promote UK businesses, BUT WE WON'T ALLOW nootropics companies to exist here! So scratch that, we are just going to fuck everyone.
It's only been 9 days since Brexit fully went into effect, so it is going to take some time to see how all this pans out. I would imagine there would have to be a US-UK joint trade agreement in the works. It would be insanity not to. It's insanity it didn't happen before Jan 1st, to be honest. Both our governments are mess right now.
