Can Berberine Cause Hypoglycemia?
Original post in this thread

I usually only take berberine before a carb-containing meal, however, today I took some upon waking and then ate a steak.
The whole morning I felt like I could fall asleep at any second. Brain fog. Weak muscles. Absolutely CRAVING food and sugar. Seemed like hypoglycemia.
Can this happen to someone like me who is NOT diabetic, in shape, eats clean, sleeps well?

I've just started fasting. This will likely not be an easy question to answer. I don't eat at all until 5pm when I get home from work. I then try to stick to eating between 5pm-8pm. The question is, of the supplements that you sell, do you know which are likely to break a fast? Not looking for an exhaustive list just examples.
I've wanted to take NALT and L-Phenylalanine in the morning for example. I have 20-30 of your supplements so I won't list them all. Just wondering as I just drink water throughout the day until I eat in the evening.

I spoke about it a bit here.

Carbs and proteins are the ones you want to avoid. My rule of thumb is to keep my calories under 10, and limited to calories from fat.
