D + K + Magnesium Stack Capsule

I have a pretty oversized pill case for all the daily supplements I take. It's tedious to portion out my vitamin D, Magnesium, and vitamin K every few weeks into each pill box compartment.
I consider those 3 and fish oil as my baseline supplements so it would be nice if I could get those all in the same capsules instead of having to juggle through all my pill bottles.
I realize that might make for very large capsules, but I wouldn't mind taking multiple if it still saves me that effort in dealing with different bottles and restocking each.
Any chance something like that might be in the future?

Makes sense, I tend to think 50mcg is on the low side but don’t have a ton to base that on. It’s too bad there aren’t more studies using mk7 instead of other forms of vitamin k, all the ones I could find use either 45mcg or 180mcg. Seems to be some belief out there that it is also a mitochondrial vitamin in the more is better category similar to ala or coq10, but I’d also point out blood coagulation effect prob a good thing for most nootropic users who take a lot of herbs/and other Noots that thin the blood.

Yeah, we could up the MQ-7 dosage. It's very safe. They gave 2,000mg/kg to rats, and it showed zero toxicity. So there is no an upper bound to the safe dosage like zinc. Let me speak to the team and see if 100mcg MQ-7 would work better.
