D + K + Magnesium Stack Capsule
Original post in this thread

I have a pretty oversized pill case for all the daily supplements I take. It's tedious to portion out my vitamin D, Magnesium, and vitamin K every few weeks into each pill box compartment.
I consider those 3 and fish oil as my baseline supplements so it would be nice if I could get those all in the same capsules instead of having to juggle through all my pill bottles.
I realize that might make for very large capsules, but I wouldn't mind taking multiple if it still saves me that effort in dealing with different bottles and restocking each.
Any chance something like that might be in the future?

Fwiw, my cardio wants me to take both, and explained that they act differently b/c of their absorption rates. I don't know if he meant that specific to me though, or as a general recommendation.

Not that I want to shit talk your cardio, as I don't know him, but cardiologists often don't know much about pharmacodynamics/pharmacokinetics. It gets pretty complex with certain things. MQ-4 has a lot of good evidence in vitro and in animals, but the human studies I have seen show it does not reach the blood in meaningful amounts. MQ-7 converts to MQ-4 in the body, too. So if supplemental MQ-4 doesn't reach the blood after oral dosing, and MQ-7 converts to MQ-4 in the body anyway, it makes more sense in my mind to take a higher dose of MQ-7 and call it a day. I am not settled yet, though. Perhaps MQ-4 in a more bioavailable formulation, paired with MQ-7, would be the best of both worlds. We don't want to put it in our product just to have it on the label. It has to make sense for actually reaching the blood in meaningful amounts.
