D + K + Magnesium Stack Capsule
Original post in this thread

I have a pretty oversized pill case for all the daily supplements I take. It's tedious to portion out my vitamin D, Magnesium, and vitamin K every few weeks into each pill box compartment.
I consider those 3 and fish oil as my baseline supplements so it would be nice if I could get those all in the same capsules instead of having to juggle through all my pill bottles.
I realize that might make for very large capsules, but I wouldn't mind taking multiple if it still saves me that effort in dealing with different bottles and restocking each.
Any chance something like that might be in the future?

Interested to see what you decide on.
I know Life Extension includes 1.5mg of MK-4 in their Super K2 Elite, as does Jarrow in their "K-Right". Carlson sells 5mg MK-4 capsules, Thorne sells MK-4 in dropper form (1 mg per drop!) and includes 5 mg MK-4 in its "3-K Complete" , while AOR directly sells 15 mg MK-4 capsules as "Peak K2" (as does "Relentless Improvement" on Amazon).

The 1mg to 5mg is at least reasonable. LEF and Thorne are generally good, though. I don't really see them doing label dressing or things like that. 15mg is more in line with what I would think would be a good dose. I am not sure who AOR is, or how they are testing, though.
