An optimized D3 stack is something we will release, for sure. We already have magnesium, and usually that's taken at night. So we will probably not have that in there. It will strictly be a D3 and K2 one.

Which magnesium are you taking? It's magnesium glycinate that makes you sleepier. Magnesium L-threonate and our Micromag don't, though.

I take 5,000iu of D3 per day, too. Some days in the summer I just skip if I know I am going to be out in the sun. I think that's a good strategy. We were thinking 50mcg of MQ-7. We were considering adding in more things

Yeah, we could up the MQ-7 dosage. It's very safe. They gave 2,000mg/kg to rats, and it showed zero toxicity. So there is no an upper bound to the safe dosage like zinc. Let me speak to the team and see if 100mcg MQ-7 wo
