D + K + Magnesium Stack Capsule
Original post in this thread

I have a pretty oversized pill case for all the daily supplements I take. It's tedious to portion out my vitamin D, Magnesium, and vitamin K every few weeks into each pill box compartment.
I consider those 3 and fish oil as my baseline supplements so it would be nice if I could get those all in the same capsules instead of having to juggle through all my pill bottles.
I realize that might make for very large capsules, but I wouldn't mind taking multiple if it still saves me that effort in dealing with different bottles and restocking each.
Any chance something like that might be in the future?

Anecdotally, 100mcg of MK-4 daily clears up my tartar and gives me insomnia, the same effect I get from MK-7 and high doses of MK-4, but to a lesser extent. So it does seem to work. Though this doesn't mean that it provides any benefit over MK-7 obviously. I only choose to take such a small dose of MK-4 to keep my insomnia at bay.

Interesting you notice an effect at that dose. Based on the pharmacokinetic research, that shouldn't be enough to detect in blood. Maybe you are a slow metabolizer of it, and you are getting a stronger effect from lower doses? There is a study using MK-4 metabolism as an indicator of liver disease.

Have you ever had your liver function checked?
