D + K + Magnesium Stack Capsule
Original post in this thread

I have a pretty oversized pill case for all the daily supplements I take. It's tedious to portion out my vitamin D, Magnesium, and vitamin K every few weeks into each pill box compartment.
I consider those 3 and fish oil as my baseline supplements so it would be nice if I could get those all in the same capsules instead of having to juggle through all my pill bottles.
I realize that might make for very large capsules, but I wouldn't mind taking multiple if it still saves me that effort in dealing with different bottles and restocking each.
Any chance something like that might be in the future?

That would be my suggestion, that’s what I take everyday. Have wondered in the past if reducing in summer is a good idea but realistically even in summer prob not getting a ton of full body exposure on avg weekdays. Would the plan also then be for 100mcg mk7? Or more? And any other ingredients or just those two?

I take 5,000iu of D3 per day, too. Some days in the summer I just skip if I know I am going to be out in the sun. I think that's a good strategy.
We were thinking 50mcg of MQ-7. We were considering adding in more things, but then decided that sometimes simple is good.
