Significant depression/anxiety from 7,8-dihydroxyflavone. High BDNF thoughts?

I'm seeing a significant ~"sinking" depression/anxiety with typical dosages of 7,8-dihydroxyflavone. This is counter to its intended purpose, but not out of the realm of rationality — we lust after BDNF promoting substances, but there is a line of inquiry suggesting high/up-regulated BDNF/TrkB (as well as low) is found in/contributes to depression (or in reality, it's just a lot more nuanced than just low/high). Problem is I've only really read one paper on the topic (https://www.nature.com/articles/4002075). I'm wondering if anyone has this as an area of interest/would like to expound?

I think we reached out to them before, and they said they actually did not have it. I will check with my team.
