Significant depression/anxiety from 7,8-dihydroxyflavone. High BDNF thoughts?

I'm seeing a significant ~"sinking" depression/anxiety with typical dosages of 7,8-dihydroxyflavone. This is counter to its intended purpose, but not out of the realm of rationality — we lust after BDNF promoting substances, but there is a line of inquiry suggesting high/up-regulated BDNF/TrkB (as well as low) is found in/contributes to depression (or in reality, it's just a lot more nuanced than just low/high). Problem is I've only really read one paper on the topic (https://www.nature.com/articles/4002075). I'm wondering if anyone has this as an area of interest/would like to expound?

Holy shit, that's new! Everyone we contacted a few months back said they did not have it. We work with Alkemist every week. So I'll get some from them and we can finally confirm things. Thanks for letting me know!
