Despite all the great evidence around it, why is l-carnosine so little discussed here?

Are you just taking plain L-Carnosine? Do you see benefit of ALCAR or some other more obscure form?

ALCAR is acetyl L-carnitine, not carnosine. They are two different amino acids. Don't get them confused.
