Today I release a 2.5-hour follow-up to my sulforaphane video: an in-depth conversation with renown sulforaphane researcher and director of the Cullman Chemoprotection Center at Johns Hopkins, Dr. Jed Fahey.

Hey guys,
This is the follow-up to my previous sulforaphane video: an in-depth interview with a very influential scientist in the field of isothiocyanate research. A lot of what we talk about is not as focused on the brain stuff as some of my last video was. It does get talked about, but maybe not as much. There are, however, answers to a lot of questions that you guys had for me that I couldn't answer very well before. Things like the efficacy of specific supplements, just to highlight an example. In fact, Dr. Fahey (my guest) sort of naturally gravitated to these very practical questions in a way that was much better than I could've possibly hoped for. For that reason, I'm actually very, very pleased with how the interview came out.
To sort of help out a little bit in getting to the meat of the podcast, I'm going to provide a timeline below. Maybe some of it will interest you, maybe some won't. Also, much like my previous podcast, this is available on iTunes in an audio-only format for listening in the car/gym/train or whate…

Ok nootronauts, how do we get our hands on Prostaphane outside of France? /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb get your hands on whatever is in Prostaphane so I can buy it from you.
Rhonda, Dr. Fahey mentioned he tested multiple other supplements besides Prostaphane. Given that Prostaphane is only available in France what is Dr. Fahey's top pick for the rest of us? Even if the number 2 choice isn't as good as Prostaphane it's still better than picking blindly.
/u/powdercity I noticed you have discontinued your 20:1 broccoli powder extract. Perhaps you should reconsider now that Rhonda's sulforaphane video is now the number 1 video of all time in /r/nootropics https://www.reddit.com/r/Nootropics/top/?sort=top&t=all.

Prostaphane
That seems to be a long-acting insulin.
