What first gave you the idea that your cognition was speeding up? Do you notice any sort of acute effect of cetrizine on your thinking, perception of time, etc.?

Well it never really occurred to me at the time. I only made the connection later on down the road. I found my cognition had improved over time, and looked back on what was going on at the time, and made correlations to my histamine issues getting worse. As my histamine issues got worse, my cetirizine use went up, and it correlated with my cognition speeding up. It also correlated with the onset of my depression. So I think they are all linked. Of course there are a lot of confounding variables, and it could be coincidence. However, I am pretty damn sure that at least the depression is closely linked to cetirizine, as it is implicated in a lot of other people's depression as well.
I can't really comment on the acute effects, as I have not been cetirizine-naive in a long time. I do think it still gives me depressive symptoms on occasion, but I know how to keep it from spiraling. It also most likely affects my energy levels a bit.
