Yes, I usually combine P21 with at least Semax, as P21 by itself can make me a bit tired. I do sometimes add in Selank, if my anxiety is high that day.

I would not purport it as safe, since we don't have human studies behind it. I see no evidence to say it is unsafe, but that's not the same thing as safe. I tagged it as high risk because of how new it is.

I can't really say for sure, as there is not a lot of pharmacodynamic data. However, I do not see any obvious reasons they would interact poorly. That does not mean they won't, though.
