Thanks mate, but it's not clear from your answer; after reconstitution should they be in the fridge or at room temp. which is better?
quoting you from past post over two years ago:
"Noooooo. Never put peptides in the freezer once they have been reconstituted. That breaks them down. You can put the powder in the freezer. However, that is only for storage longer than a year."
Do you agree with it now?

Always the fridge, in both forms. Colder is always more stable for peptides. Freezer is fine for lyophilized peptides, but NOT once they are mixed with water. Freezing water forms crystals, which rip apart the peptide bonds. That's not an issue as a lyophilized powder.
So it's like this:
* Freezer is the most stable for peptides in lyophilized form.
* Fridge is most stable for peptides after they are mixed with water.
You only need to every use a freezer if you want to store lyophilized powder longer than a year. Otherwise the fridge is fine. Fridge is always the most stable for peptides mixed with water. While some are okay outside at room temp, all are most stable in the fridge. So it's best to keep them there if you can.
Make sense?
