I was diagnosed with dermatographic urticaria, but I likely actually have mast cell activation disorder.

I've tried Black Hoof, but I've kind of reached the point where it's not worth it for me to experiment with skipping my cetirizine dosages. So I'll usually just stick to my dosages along side things I try. I suppose I could try it one day, and just take Black Hoof and skip the cetirizine. It just sucks having to deal with the histamine if it flairs up.
