OK. I've just ordered it. For some period M-D sold lyophilised P21 solution, but I remember you said it wasn't real, right?
Regarding N-PEP-12 -there actually are a few studies, unfortunately I think only one double-blind placebo-controlled clinical trial. But, it has shown improvement in some memory tests so I guess it's less potent version of Cerebrolysin.

Correct. The sequence was wrong. We attempted to use a lab in China to supply us P21 when our initial lab ran out of the amino acid we needed. This lab made us fake P21, with alanine instead of adamantane. So we rejected it. Then it seems they reached out to other vendors to offload it, calling it P21. I guess some other vendors were selling it like it was real...
We had to go back to our initial lab, but provide them with the specific adamantane amino acid they ran out of, which turned into a whole nightmare of various labs failing. We eventually got a successful synthesis to work with some modifications to the synth, and got production back rolling again. So now we have plenty of the adamantane amino acid building block, and have an exclusivity contract with the only lab that successfully made it. It was a long drawn out process to make it successful and economically feasible.
I think I did see that study. I would like to see a study comparing the effects of IM Cerebrolysin to N-PEP-21, though. Do we know that N-PEP-12 is acting on CNTF like Cerebrolysin? I looked into the peptide sequence of N-PEP-12 years ago, and I think I figured it out. However, I'll have to look back on my stuff. That research is what led me to P21 in the first place.
