P21 - 5 day review

Original post in this thread

Began with 1 mg intranasal, and felt slightly more alert. Moved to 2mg daily intranasal and began to notice the neurogenesis manifested through more creative speech and use of new words. (I am a Canadian living in Israel, and am forced to use a new language)

From my 5 days I do not believe that it significantly improves attention like cerebrolysin does, but I do believe that the neurogenesis is beneficial for creativity, flexibility, stress tolerance and skill acquisition.

For the effects to resemble cerebrolysin I believe it should be stacked with something for attention span. Semax seems to work synergistically in that regard from other peoples reports so perhaps I should buy them together.

Side effects: Dry eyes, slightly diminished concentration, desire for naps.

I always take Semax with P21, to counter the slight tired feeling it can give. I wonder what peptide in Cerebrolysin is leading to the attention effects you are describing? There are only a few ones in high enough concentrations to be active.

Anyone experimented with THT's CNTF fragment 147-150?

No!!!! You can't just say, "Ohh, the active sequence in P21 is DGGL, so let's just sell powdered DGGL!" Pharmacodynamics do not work like that! That would be like saying, "Ohh dopamine is good. Let's sell powdered dopami

[High Risk] Has anybody tried P21 yet? It's supposed to be a better version of Cerebrolysin.

Replying to FW900 · Probably safer than Cerebrolysin. No concerns over prions, less risk injecting it subcutaneously vs IM or IV, not loaded with vitamins. This would be perfect to have as a spray bo

Tianeptine abusers- Another reason your misuse may affect responsible consumers

Replying to Synzael · Okay.. It's a lot different. Semax has been shown to modulate the expression of TKRB (and it's a sub sequence of ACTH) and P21 is based off of cerebrolysin. Mephedrone is based off

What you talking about, Willis? This sub was here long before I came around. I may have gotten interested in neurochemistry because of MDMA and depression. However, this sub did not spawn from that. But your argument st

Our new P21 acts on the ACTH pathway too. It is was designed to be the most potent ACTH peptide, by reverse engineering endogenous ACTH peptides with the structure of a peptide sequence from cerebrolysin. They used epito

Replying to Chargers95 · CNTF is the growth factor key in the survival of new neurons, correct? Edit: it’d be interesting if you guys could find a natural product that could increase CNTF similarly to P21

Yes, CNTF is a crucial for the growth of astroglia. It's one of the critical neurotrophic factors in the brain. Many people focus on BDNF and NGF, but CNTF and GDNF are both crucial, too.
