Cognitive Benefits for Longvida Curcumin?

Has anyone that's taken Longvida Curcumin actually noticed any mood/cognitive benefits or does it mainly just help with inflammation? I'm considering adding it to my stack but want to make sure it's worth the cost, which is pretty high compared to many supplements.
edit: I just wanted to add that I'm not looking for suggestions on other supplements or forms of curcumin to take for inflammation. I already take boswellia to reduce inflammation. I'm asking specifically about any cognitive effects from the Longvida extract since it crosses the BBB.

Fuck. Longvida and amphs never again. So the higher the micromole number the greater the inhibition? Interesting that it inhibits CYP1A2 so much, don't notice much from caffeine + longvida.

Yeah, it's probably best to space dosing of them out to avoid interactions.
