Is it possible the diuretic effects of coffee can reduce the absorption of Piracetam+Choline or other noots?

I drink coffee or, whenever I go to my local tea/coffee shop, green tea. I know people generally like caffeine as a supplement to other nootropics, but I just had this thought about various caffeinated drinks' diuretic properties.

What are the chances that the drinks flush out some of the chemicals we want to keep in our systems?

Caffeine is a very weak diuretic in non-tolerant individuals. Those who take caffeine for more than 5 days at a time are no longer affected by the weak diuretic properties. The Food and Nutrition Board came out with a study in 2004 that addressed this issue. They found that there is not sufficient evidence that caffeine taken regularly has any effect on water retention.

In aggregate, available data suggest that higher doses of caffeine (above 180 mg/day) have been shown to increase urinary output, perhaps transiently, and that this diuretic effect occurs within a short time period (Passmore et al., 1987). Whether or not caffeine ingestion at high amounts leads to a total body water deficit is uncertain (IOM, 2001a), although some have tried to develop a predictive model of water needs based on the limited data available (Stookey, 1999). Hence, unless additional evidence becomes available indicating cumulative total water deficits in individuals with habitual intakes of significant amounts of caffeine, caffeinated beverages appear to contribute to the daily total water intake similar to that contributed by noncaffeinated beverages.

You don't account for dosage of capsules. So the price values of those are all inaccurate. Take noopept for example. We are by far the cheapest per mg in capsules. We just sell it in 30mg and 10mg amounts. Also, multiple

My comment is in there, but was much more anecdotal. Haha! I am in no way an indication of the norm, though. This morning I took modafinil and piracetam, then went back to bed for another 1.5 hours. Most people couldn't

Why do capsules always seem to be dosed to the max?

We offer noopept in 10mg and 30mg capsules. The sample pack is the 30mg, but that's the most commonly bought. The vast majority of people out there are getting the 30mg ones. 3mg is insanely low for most people. We can't
