Cognitive Benefits for Longvida Curcumin?

Has anyone that's taken Longvida Curcumin actually noticed any mood/cognitive benefits or does it mainly just help with inflammation? I'm considering adding it to my stack but want to make sure it's worth the cost, which is pretty high compared to many supplements.
edit: I just wanted to add that I'm not looking for suggestions on other supplements or forms of curcumin to take for inflammation. I already take boswellia to reduce inflammation. I'm asking specifically about any cognitive effects from the Longvida extract since it crosses the BBB.

In examine.com they claim that curcumin increases BDNF up to 140% in healthy mices. This means that the neurogenesis promoting effects of curcumin does not help cognition or that Longvida does not increase neurogenesis?

I just read through that study, and it seems to indicate that curcumin did increase BDNF 140% in healthy mice. It didn't go into a lot of detail on it, though. So perhaps Longvida might have some nootropic qualities in healthy people. More studies would have to be run to know for sure. It certainly helps prevent damage and memory loss from traumatic brain injury and other diseases like Alzheimer's, though. So it could be used for nootropic qualities in some cases. If it does indeed increase BDNF in healthy humans, then it could certainly be possible that it increases cognition in healthy people.
