Anyone had trouble with nootropicsdepot lately?

Charged me almost 4 days ago now and I still haven't gotten an order confirmation or replies to any emails or Facebook messages.

edit: I don't know why the responses weren't coming through but everything is fine and nootropicsdepot is being very helpful as usual. They sorted everything out. I would still recommend them!

Hey, my production manager Chanel (DoctorJamesRustle) answered you below, and sent you PMs with all the details and tracking info. Your order shipped out the same day it was placed. My support team did answer all your emails within 30min. I just looked at all the tickets in our system. Your email is probably putting them in spam, though. Check that, and whitelist [email protected], so that does not happen again.

Also, Matt from Parmatrix forwarded me the email you sent to the Parmatrix support last night, and we responded. So we are getting all your messages; even the ones sent to completely different companies. Haha. Your email is just not showing you our responses. You can also always PM me. I answer everyone. I am just not usually online on Sundays (I promised my girlfriend to take one day off a week). However, I will get to you.

Just for reference, [email protected] is the correct email now. [email protected] should no longer be used for Nootropics Depot matters. Our Facebook page is fine too. However, Sundays and Mondays are going to lead to longer response times.
