Why do capsules always seem to be dosed to the max?

We offer noopept in 10mg and 30mg capsules. The sample pack is the 30mg, but that's the most commonly bought. The vast majority of people out there are getting the 30mg ones. 3mg is insanely low for most people. We can't just have every permutation of capsule sizes for people. We are the only ones offering multiple doses for various capsules. We do different ratio amounts for caffeine/L-theanine so people can choose. We have 750mg aniracetam capsules and then 500mg scored tablets that you can break in half. So you can get 250mg, 500mg, or 750mg. No other vendor out there gives people the choice like that.
We have done more research on these things than probably anyone in the world. We were also the first people in the world to do noopept in sublingual liquid form back in the Ceretropic days. We even pioneered noopept nasal sprays! My posts are the ones people have used to determine proper dosing on many of these things. Just look back through the history of this sub. We are not just winging it, and I don't appreciate the insinuation that we are. Everything we do is for a reason. More thought it put into our choices than anyone here can possibly imagine. You are also comparing oral and sublingual dosing like they are the same, but they are not. 3mg orally is way too low, and 30mg sublingually is way too high. We can't spoon-feed you this info, nor can we have every permutation of possible size out there. If we sold 3mg noopept capsules, we'd sell like 2 bottles a month. It would take us ten years to sell through a single run of capsules.
