Ceretropic just started carrying Hydrafinil so I figured it was time for a thread discussing it. I've been excited for this since /u/misteryouaresodumb hinted about it months ago. Here's the link to buy it http://www.ceretropic.com/buy-hydrafinil/
Edit: Posted in /r/nootropics rather than /r/afinil since this is a new compound. If the mods disagree feel free to remove this thread!

No hepatic metabolism? I'm not well versed in the art, but I found this on pubchem; it looks like they are suggesting interconversion between fluorenone and fluorenol in vivo by something P450 related. Am I way off base on this?

Just because something is a P450 enzyme, does not mean it is found primarily in the liver. That study is saying that P450 oxygenase converts the hydroxyl group of 9-fluorenol to a ketone, making 9-fluornenone. However, that happens all over the body, not primarily in the liver like some other P450 processes. That is also why I am confused by TLR went with a less active metabolite to our compound. I know they said they found it to work better. However, I do not see any evidence of that. That study also shows that 9-fluorenone can convert to 9-fluorenol in vivo as well.
