Ceretropic just started carrying Hydrafinil so I figured it was time for a thread discussing it. I've been excited for this since /u/misteryouaresodumb hinted about it months ago. Here's the link to buy it http://www.ceretropic.com/buy-hydrafinil/
Edit: Posted in /r/nootropics rather than /r/afinil since this is a new compound. If the mods disagree feel free to remove this thread!

/u/MisterYouAreSoDumb,
I've noticed jaw tension, chest tension and agitation when dosing *finil's daily. I was dosing at between 100 - 200mg modafinil equivalency. I backed that down to 50 - 90mg of Modafinil equivalency and I've noticed way fewer side effects in daily usage. I'm wondering if nootropics users just overshoot their dose response curves frequently? Keeping in mind that those large doses are primarily for those who have narcolepsy.
I'm wondering how your side effects presented themselves in daily usage?

Probably due to increased glutamate. I would bet you are defficient in magnesium. Take a bioavailable magnesium supplement, like glycinate, citrate, L-threonate, etc. Then see how you react.
Hydrafinil does not seem to have the same glutamatergic effects that modafinil does. That is most likely due to the lower DAT affinities. It was much smoother than modafinil, and combines with other stimulants. Modafinil does not even combine with caffeine for me, which makes it not very useful, as I am a stimulant guy.
