Boosters

I'm wondering what other people use as their "boosters" - something to burst energy / productivity when needed, but not for regular use. I personally use 200mg modafinil, 200mg caffeine+L-theanine capsules, or 200mg sulbutiamine capsules, depending on the length/type of effect I am looking for. I've heard of pramiracetam being used in this manner - but have never used it myself - and am considering adding 50mg 9-fluorenol capsules. Any other suggestions? What do y'all use?

I don't think the tolerance is only at the level of adenosine receptors. Caffeine definitely has some dopamine effect. When I had no caffeine tolerance, I definitely felt a strong mood-lifting and motivational boost. Seems that a tolerance to these effects builds very rapidly.

Yes, but it has nothing to do with your adrenal glands lowering production of endogenous hormones. That is what people are calling a myth, not tolerance.
