Would it be safe to take with an SSRI since it has 5-HT6 affinities?

It's a 5-HT6 antagonist. Those do not interact with SSRIs to my knowledge. Antagonism of the 5-HT6 receptor increases dopamine and norepinephrine release in the frontal cortex. It's not going to lead to any serotonin interactions.
