Techniques for maintaining Caffeine effectiveness?

I've been cold turkey from caffeine for about 2 weeks now. I was ingesting around 800mg daily prior. This was just to feel normal too.
I felt a caffeine buzz today after just a cup of black tea and it feels amazing.
Do you have any techniques for maintaining caffeine effectiveness? Once every 2 days? Once a week? etc.
Thanks!

I was on a relatively low dose of Klonopin, but dependence is relatively common. I got taken off it because I tried to OD. I'm not sure why you'd abuse benzos; they just turn me into a zombie.
As for amphetamine, I was on a reasonable dose (30 mg at the time). You're supposed to at least have a 24-hour crash after you get off it, but I didn't.

Some people really like benzos. It all comes down to brain chemistry.
30mg is a fairly common dose. Going off that should not be too hard. It's the guys that are taking 120mg/day or more that really have a hard time getting off.
