Techniques for maintaining Caffeine effectiveness?

I've been cold turkey from caffeine for about 2 weeks now. I was ingesting around 800mg daily prior. This was just to feel normal too.
I felt a caffeine buzz today after just a cup of black tea and it feels amazing.
Do you have any techniques for maintaining caffeine effectiveness? Once every 2 days? Once a week? etc.
Thanks!

I never get caffeine withdrawal. I've never gotten withdrawal symptoms from anything -- SSRIs, benzodiazepines, amphetamines -- all things that supposedly have nasty effects when you stop them. I just get back the symptoms of what they were treating. I've got really weird brain chemistry, though. (If a random doctor looked at the list of drugs I'm on, they'd immediately wonder how they haven't caused seizures or serotonin syndrome.)

Well if you are taking them in low doses, you should not. I bet you would get benzo or amphetamine withdrawal if you were abusing them. It's going cold turkey off high doses that really gives withdrawal.
