I was using it out of curiosity. It worked pretty well, and seemed to increase my mood for a while. After about a month I started getting hyper-emotional, so I stopped using it.

I've tried both, and did not notice a difference. However, I used both sublingually. The phosphate salt might be better for oral administration.
