The time has finally come to launch our nootropics site! For those of you that don’t know, a fellow Redditor, /u/guacamolium, approached me a while back. He was interested in starting a nootropics vendor, and thought partnering with me would be a good fit. We pretty much always agreed with each other when speaking on this forum, and had similar visions for what we wanted in a vendor. So after many long discussions, we decided to go into business together. After much preparation, and many unforeseen bumps, we are ready to launch!
Our initial goal is going to be filling a part of the market that does not exist yet: nootropics in sublingual dropper vials. Many people always ask if they need a scale to be accurate, or how to conveniently and quickly capsule nootropics with accuracy. As many of you know, there really is no way to do that without a scale and time. For a lot of you, that’s not something high on the list of things you want to do. Enter sublingual dropper vials.
Over the years, I’ve taken a few supplements in dropper vials; and loved how easy it was to dose and be done with it. The main one I’ve always used was sublingual B vitamins. The ability to just wake up, grab th…

Did anyone think to ask: What is the stability of this stuff in solution? Moisture tends to accelerate the breakdown of stuff. Which stuff more, which stuff less, I don't know. That's why I'm asking.

Each solution is stable, as we do not let any water into the solution where it could cause an issue. Coluracetam has a secondary amide group, which would be cleaved through hydrolysis if we had water in the solution. Since we have it suspended in propylene glycol and glycerin, there is no risk of that. You will have to shake it well before dispensing, as it likes to fall out of suspension. To keep it fully suspended, we would have had to use a thicker oil, which would make dosing hard and make the taste less appealing.
The caffeine/L-theanine solution is the only one that currently does have water in the solution, as both molecules are water soluble, and do not lead to a breakdown of the functional groups.
