does ECGC/green tea extract make you tired?
Replying to fallsdownwelles · It doesn't make me tired, I'm on my second bottle and I take daily. I recently started taking it with the Quercetin tablets and now I notice it gives me a light energy boost actual…
The EGCG is decaffeinated. It doesn't contain any caffeine. The stimulation you are feeling is from the quercetin. That has affinities for the adenosine receptors like caffeine. [Flavonoids as antagonists at A1 adenosine receptors](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17006974/)
Refrigeration?
They are fine to be kept at room temperature. We usually only include coolpacks in the summer months, like when Phoenix is 116*F. Let me speak to my warehouse team about it. It's unnecessary in the winter months.
Black Friday order came in with 14$ extra pay for customs
We try to do everything we can to help customers out with how much duties and taxes they might get hit with, but it helps nobody if the package is seized. We have to strike a balance between making it as cheap for customers as we can, while ensuring the packages actually get ther…

It's my pleasure! I hope you have a happy new year as well. Here is what I think is happening. Brexit just happened, which screwed up shipping from mainland Europe. Then that new strain of coronavirus was discovered in the UK, which caused shipping to be cutoff to the UK from mai…
Order still not delivered from beginning of Dec I'm losing hope :(
International tracking has been screwed for a few months. For some reason they are not updating scans at each point like normal. That doesn't mean it is lost, though. They just show up and then the tracking updates. That's likely what will happen here. The UK has been extra stran…
Is polygala a strong enough MAOI that it shouldn’t be combined with aniracetam?
No, it's not something you need to worry about. The main compound in polygala that has MAOI effects is called DISS (3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose). It has less than 0.5% bioavailability. This means it is likely not clinically relevant at reasonable oral doses. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.n…
This is gonna be an unpopular post, but it’s regarding Sleep Support causing next day depression, lethargy etc. I found the culprit! (At least for me)!
Everyone is different. Our lives would be a lot easier if everyone reacted the same to things, but that's just not the reality of how we work. Our body/brain chemistries vary wildly from each other. This is why it is so hard to create stacks that work for the majority of people.…
Rephyll (Beta-Caryophyllene 6%) Question
Absolutely not. Many things hit the cannabinoid system. That doesn't mean they are anywhere structurally related to the cannabinoids that show up on a drug panel. β-caryophyllene is found in many essential oils, like black pepper and clove. If it resulted in false positives on a…

Polygala and poria mushroom?

Let me know how you react to it!
Any Issues Stacking Tongkat Ali and Ginger?
Replying to jarrellt67 · Thanks. I'll leave out the allergy spray for now (was planning on stopping it anyway). Need the ginger more to help with the almost daily nausea.
What is the active ingredient in the allergy spray?
Have any of you guy's tried Immuse?
Replying to glauberite · Interesting, I collect all my nootropicdepot containers so I must have one of the rare limited edition “LC-plasma” containers without the “Immuse” labeled on it.
Yeah, that's what we launched with. The first 1-2 batches we all LC-Plasma, then the patent holder asked that we change to Immuse after they settled the legal stuff. Everything on the shelf now is labeled Immuse.

Yep, I use f.lux on my PCs and the built-in Android filter on my phone.

Any reason you don't just drop the tongkat ali back down to one capsule and see if that levels the effects out?
Horny goat weed - icariin
Replying to Aldarund · This year?))
I mean within the next year, not the next 2 days. LOL. So 2021.
Red reishi triterpenoids% ?
Replying to Aldarund · How then triterpenes specified for liquispore? But not for reishi?
We had to use a lab called SGS for that, and they can only do the oil right now. They are based in Switzerland. Their methods are validated for the spore oil, but not fruiting body powder.
ND Yeast Extract Question
Replying to verifitting · > I pretty much do 23/1 fasting. I fast 23 hour of the day, then eat everything in 1 hour. Thanks for the reply. Wow 23/1. I suppose this nets you some benefits, energy/cognitive…
Yeah, I feel much more awake and sharp while fasted. I always feel much lazier on days when I break my fast. It also depends on what I eat as well. High carb meals will always make me feel sluggish now.

By low dose I mean 30-60mg of DXM. That's a very functional dose. However, you are right. Saffron is a bit more functional.
Agmatine Dosing

Mulungu is anti-cholinergic. I have been testing out a 2:1 as well. It's like the same one you took. It's dysphoric as fuck sometimes. Honestly, it's really only good to get to sleep. If you take it and stay up, mulungu is not pleasant in my opinion. Combine that with the agmatin…
Any Issues Stacking Tongkat Ali and Ginger?
Replying to jarrellt67 · Yeah, that could be it. I also take a nasal allergy spray that really dries me out. Thanks for the info.
I would bet that is it. The nasal spray, paired with the cold/dry air, is making your nasal passages more susceptible to bleeding. Then the salicylate in the ginger is making it so you don't clot as well, which makes the nose bleeds happen.
Would IMMUSE speed up the recovery of my lungs?
I don't think anyone is going to be able to give you solid answers on that. It's a very new supplement, and lung injury can be pretty complex.
Have any of you guy's tried Immuse?
Replying to glauberite · Do you mean “LC-Plasma”? Yes i have tried it when it first released, i felt like it was boosting my physical energy. I was taking it to strengthen the immune system.
LC-Plasma is called Immuse now. They were in a trademark dispute when we first launched, which has been settled now. They always wanted it to be called Immuse, but settled on LC-Plasma to get it out quicker. It's Lactococcus Lactis Strain Plasma, which is where the LC-Plasma name…
How to measure put small doses?
Replying to Travis1565 · MYASD comes thru in the clutch once again thank you so much fir the tutelage honorable sensei. Luckily I have the NDS-201 (I won it as part of the BF Gransprize giveaway)!
My pleasure! I have considered doing a 0.1mg scale of our own as well, but I am not sure if people would be interested enough to pay for it. Also, we have been wanting to do a larger scale with a bigger weighing platter for people measuring multi-gram amounts all the time. I thin…

It's my pleasure! I've definitely been pushing the same message for years. It's just many people are being misled by propaganda and faulty science, both on the Paul Stamets side and on the /r/MushroomSupplements side. That subreddit was started by a person who was banned from /r/…
Any Issues Stacking Tongkat Ali and Ginger?
Replying to jarrellt67 · Not sure if related or just a coincidence. It was about 30 minutes afterwards and was pretty gross. Was just changing my sons diaper when blood just started running out of my nose…
Ginger contains salicylate, which can prevent blood clotting. It's the part of Apsirin that affects blood clotting, too. That could be it. Maybe your nasal mucuosa is dry from the cold/dry weather, and the ginger prevented the clotting.
