Order still not delivered from beginning of Dec I'm losing hope :(

Hi there, hoping you can help, I know your colleague Dawn has reached out to your shipping teams, and its been Xmas, but I ordered 180ct. Phenibut at the very beginning of Dec and still not received it (UK).
DHL tracking hasn't moved since Dec 16th and my local royal mail tracker has said "we're expecting it" since before Xmas.
Could this be a customs issue? Can you re ship or should I just re- order and hope?!! Not had issues before. :( x

Here is what I think is happening. Brexit just happened, which screwed up shipping from mainland Europe. Then that new strain of coronavirus was discovered in the UK, which caused shipping to be cutoff to the UK from mainland Europe. You can see that in the below article.
Usually DHL Ecommerce packages to the UK are handed off to the Royal Mail directly from the US. However, your local tracking number that was assigned ends in DE, and the Royal Mail tracking site for your package says "From: Germany" on it. DHL Ecommerce told us there were serious commercial flight capacity issues for packages, so they were rerouting DHL Ecommerce packages to their hub in Germany to speed things up. They said this was because it was getting impossible to route freight packages on commercial flights going direct from the US to the UK, and they had more control over capacity out of their Germany hub. However, then Brexit and this new COVID strain happened, which screwed up shipping from mainland Europe. They told us DHL Ecommerce packages should not be affected, but I don't think that is accurate based off this data we are seeing. I think your package is delayed because of this stupid shipping pause from mainland Europe. The stupid part is that this new strain is already out in mainland Europe and here in the US. The UK was just better at genome sequencing than anyone else, and caught it before anyone else did. Cutting off the UK because they are better at genome sequencing than anyone else is just top level stupid. It's the rotten cherry on top of the 2020 shit sundae.
