For people who feel like agmatine has increased your quality of life in any way or that you are a “responder” what is your dosing schedule like? Based on the research it seems like a very promising compound, but I can’t find a consensus on how much to take and when whenever I search through reddit.

I've just been using mulungu for a few days. I did a gram of a 2:1 extract I bought. It's definitely strong couldn't even get up this morning and just laid there like I had took a tranquilizer . I felt so altered last night I dumped my Agmatine in the trash and said screw this. Sucks cause I feel like agmatine does give me an antidepressant effect but makes things way to strong. Especially for me who likes to expierment with herbs.

Mulungu is anti-cholinergic. I have been testing out a 2:1 as well. It's like the same one you took. It's dysphoric as fuck sometimes. Honestly, it's really only good to get to sleep. If you take it and stay up, mulungu is not pleasant in my opinion. Combine that with the agmatine, and it just kicks the dysphoria up. I would not give up on agmatine. Just don't combine it with mulungu.
There are NMDA antagonists in kratom, too. Those could be playing a factor.
