Would IMMUSE speed up the recovery of my lungs?

Hello I injured my lungs in April (from dabbing at WAY too high of temp.) and am having a really slow recovery. Would Immuse help speed up my recovery? Any suggestion's would be much appreciated.

I don't think anyone is going to be able to give you solid answers on that. It's a very new supplement, and lung injury can be pretty complex.
