Received my Q10 and Injuv in heatproof pouches with coolpacks. Can they be kept on a shelf in my room or do they need the fridge?

They are fine to be kept at room temperature. We usually only include coolpacks in the summer months, like when Phoenix is 116*F. Let me speak to my warehouse team about it. It's unnecessary in the winter months.
