Is polygala a strong enough MAOI that it shouldn’t be combined with aniracetam?

Considering trying to recreate past success I’ve had micro-dosing 5-ht2 antagonists with ndma antagonists for mood/anxiety/depression. Was totally unaware of how ani worked until recently. Got way too content with phenylpiracetam and didn’t really look into the others(besides colur and faso). Effects wise I think these two would be great but wasn’t sure about the maoi issue? I know it isn’t very strong in that regard. If they shouldn’t be combined would it be okay to take them 12 hours apart? I usually take the recommended daily dose of poly all at once(but never over 300mg) would a biggish dose like this cause me any problems with ani in the morning?

No, it's not something you need to worry about. The main compound in polygala that has MAOI effects is called DISS (3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose). It has less than 0.5% bioavailability. This means it is likely not clinically relevant at reasonable oral doses.
