Any Issues Stacking Tongkat Ali and Ginger?

Lately I've been loving the 10% extract by ND. I don't get any nausea (like I did with the 2% extract) and it has a nice calming effect. I was thinking about adding ginger extract to it for my motion sickness issues (have to do a lot of traveling for my job and easily get car sick). Does anyone know of any issues combining the two? I couldn't find any issues when searching online but figured I'd ask in case there's something I missed. Until ND puts out their standalone ginger extract (that's currently in their alcohol defense product), I'll probably just pick up New Chapter Ginger Force.

Not sure if related or just a coincidence. It was about 30 minutes afterwards and was pretty gross. Was just changing my sons diaper when blood just started running out of my nose. Went through a few paper towels before it stopped (sorry if TMI). Was looking it up online and saw it as a possible side effect. Each capsule is supposedly the equivalent of about 2.5 g of ginger root. That doesn't seem excessively high to me...

Ginger contains salicylate, which can prevent blood clotting. It's the part of Apsirin that affects blood clotting, too. That could be it. Maybe your nasal mucuosa is dry from the cold/dry weather, and the ginger prevented the clotting.
