My experience with 4’-DMA-7,8-DHF
Replying to VicemanPro · I love it, I just hate how fast a tolerance develops for me.
Polygala in the evenings seems to help with that.
Erinamax research
Replying to DoctorBoneMarrow · Thanks! Isn't this another one?: [https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1756464622002900?via%3Dihub](https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1756464622002…
Yes, that study is on the same material as Erinamax as well. That was on hearing loss in the elderly. The new paper will be on hearing function in healthy individuals, which is super cool!
Ordering emoxypine
Replying to Ineedpalmtreeliving · Im immunocompromised so definitely immunity, then strength/endurance, cns activation, stress regulation, skin and hair health
I'd keep these: * Microzinc * Reishi * Cordyceps * Tongkat * Epicatechin * Shilajit * ALA (I'd do our OptimALA) * Hesperidin * Bacopa (I'd take our Cognance) * Gotu Kola * Polygala * DLPA * Injuv * White Jelly * Agmatine * Taurine
Ecklonia Cava
Replying to Joshpills · im interested in 7,8-dhf and the 4dma version. I have the 4dma version just arrived, im here for the BDNF boost, like mentioned here. what cycle lengths would you take? wou…
For the 4,-DMA-7,8-DHF, I would do shorter cycles. 5 days on and 2 days off is a good place to start. I would suggest taking polygala at night to up-regulate TrkB.

Replying to Apothacy · We know that supplements GABA and taurine induce a down regulatory affect on gaba when taken on a constant basis, does the same apply to Gotu? Is it preferred to cycle it to maxim…
Increasing GABA always has the potential to cause GABA receptor down-regulation. That's just the body trying to maintain homeostasis. Increasing BDNF can up-regulate GABA receptors, though. It's always about balance. So this is why building a stack is key. Magnesium pidolate has…

The people that bought Thorne are actually L Catterton, which is the investment arm of LVMH. That's the massive luxury company that owns Luis Vuitton, Moet and Chandon, Hennessy, Sephora, Tiffany, Bulgari, etc. It's just a very large multinational conglomerate that is focused on…

Replying to slipperybuddha · >I've taken more things than 99.9% of any human On the subject ... could you provide a rough top 10 candidates for "the most mood promoting things" you've ever taken?
I'll just stick to legal things for this conversation. I find our Tongkat 10% to really keep my mood up. No doubt the testosterone is the reason for that. Polygala is another that is mood boosting for me. /u/Pretty-Chill also really loves polygala. I take our saffron every day fo…
Anecdotes from people using Tribugen regularly for awhile?
Replying to TheHealthspanMethod · For Sure. Not intending to dismiss it. It's interesting to see how different people react. I took it again this morning with Polygala and DLPA about an hour before the gym and the …
That's cool! I will have to combine it with polygala and DLPA to see if I notice a synergy as well.
Anecdotes from people using Tribugen regularly for awhile?
Replying to TheHealthspanMethod · I've taken it 5 times 2 capsules each time. I'm a bit surprised as for me it was over-hyped as being so stimulating. I find it pretty chill (no pun intended). So far i've been real…
I think the reason Tribulus has had a controversial reputation over the years is because a lot of people react oppositely to MAOIs. Some people get stimulated, while others don't, or get a calming effect. Both myself, /u/Pretty-Chill, and our lab director get strong stimulation f…

1) I like to pair it with GABA, Baikal skullcap, and Sibelius sage. 2) I notice it for 3-5 hours. 3) I do think it has the potential for potentiating stronger stimulants, but it also has a calming effect with the GABA affinities. It's hard to say without trying the specific combi…

Life ruined from permanent sexual dysfunction from antidepressants. Help!!
Replying to Dyingalchemist · Astragalus as well. Does ND have anything else that would increase GDNF?
Yeah, our astragaloside IV would be good. Pomella might be another. https://bmccomplementmedtherapies.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12906-021-03298-y Then the vitexin in our Vignatex would hit VEGF. https://www.spandidos-publications.com/etm/15/3/3117 So if you take androgr…

The THM tastes pretty neutral. You can certainly use the powder without having to use the tablets. No way is it anywhere close to berberine. That shit is nasty! Yes, the phytosome in Mitidol will make the bioactives more bioavailable. However, you will still get more gingerols/sh…

Cognance with polygala ?

I only use matrine in the evenings as well, if that means anything.

I actually have. I have combined with 7,8-DHF as well. They seem to combine together very well. This one is certainly going to be going in some Natrium stacks later on.

Yeah, white jelly actually increases my mood. However, I do have to be particular about combos. Stacking it with too many other cholinergics can tip the scales. I have been messing around with it, Sibelius sage, and celastrus. I think it is fine with the white jelly and sage, but…
MDMA Supplementation
Replying to xezrsps · I've got mdma induced neurotoxicity and possibly some kind of brain damage related to it are there any supplements that help repair the damage caused by this drug
I would focus on things that increase BDNF, NGF, CNTF, and GDNF. This is what I would suggest. * Andrographis * 4'DMA-7,8-DHF * Polygala * Lion's Mane * Poria Then I would add in some everyday staples that you are likely deficient in, or will correct deficiencies. * Micromag * D3…

Organized crime controls a lot of high value plants around the world, actually. Polygala isn't really stimulating, but you will feel more energized after a few days of taking it.

Yes, that combo will help. Polygala is good, but I wouldn't say for the GABA side of things. You also need to get the dose right. If you are feeling robotic, I would lower the dose or just take it every other day.
