Awesome!
Any experience report on the Isoliquiritigenin? It sounds like a really cool one!
How do the different mechanisms compare in strength? Is it mainly GABA? Or quite balanced between all mechanisms?
How would the MAOI effects compare to say Rhodiola, C3G and Polygala all in their normal doses?

Emiel talked about it on this other comment.
I've actually used isoliquiritigenin regularly for a very long time. I've had the raw material of it for over a year. It just took us a long time to get it formulated correctly. It's a strange powder, and likes to dissociate from things it is mixed in when agitated on machinery. This means our first production run had to be scrapped, as the beginning of the run had too little in the tablets, and the end of the run had too high. We do in process testing, so we caught it. It was because the vibration of the machine was making the isoliquiritigenin rise to the top of the mixture. We had to do a lot more testing and formulation work to get it to play right in a tablet, and we needed to have a whole new raw material batch made, because we had to scrap the entire first run. That took FOREVER. However, I was using the powder myself most of the time.
I really like isoliquiritigenin. It definitely has a nice GABA effect, especially when combined with other GABAergic compounds. I notice lower inflammation on it. I also notice some cognitive boosting effects that are hard to pinpoint. I can simultaneously make your stack more stimulating, while also more calming. It's interesting. Isoliquiritigenin also has a lot of other really cool effects that we didn't even touch on, like immune system effects. I think people will be really interested to learn about all of its mechanisms.
