InfiniFiber: Advanced Synbiotic Fiber by Nootropic Depot
InfiniFiber is officially available.
We engineered InfiniFiber as an advanced synbiotic, combining 11 distinct fibers with a spore-forming probiotic (LactoSpore®). Rather than a standard bulk supplement, we designed this formula specifically around fermentation kinetics.
By utilizing multiple fiber types with 5 different fermentation speeds, we're able to:
* Minimize GI Discomfort: Staggered fermentation rates mitigate the rapid gas production (bloating) common with standard fiber supplements.
* Maximize Microbial Support: Acts as targeted substrates to support 40+ beneficial microbial species throughout the entire digestive tract.
* Drive SCFA Production: Optimized to support the production of key short-chain fatty acids like propionate for metabolic health and satiety.
* Deliver Synbiotic Synergy: Pairs a precise balance of fermentable and non-fermentable fibers with highly stable LactoSpore® to ensure gastric survivability and efficacy.

Crazy how it was, well still is, mostly Mycelium on grains, and now the market is finally moving towards real, potent Lion's Mane extracts that can actually provide legitimate effects! Fascinating stuff, and thank you guys for all that you do!

Trust me, you have no idea! Myself and two of my people are on the AOAC functional fungi advisory board. We had to fight tooth and nail to keep the method call science-focused based around the bioactives in there. All the other players were just running interference on the science. Us and Nammex were the only ones that submitted any lab data to the board. Everyone else sat there and argued with us, tried to muddy the waters, but didn't put forth any data backing their claims. Everyone is just trying to slow the science down, or at least it feels that way.
Everyone here would have laughed their asses off on one of the calls. Most people in this industry try to be very diplomatic with people. Everyone is afraid to rock the boat. Not me! I don't have time to pussyfoot around shit. On one of the calls where they were trying to cast doubt on erinacine A/C and hericenes/hericenones being the primary bioactives, I literally got on the video call and said: "It sounds like all of you are trying to run interference on the science to slow it down, because you know the science shows your products all suck!" Ohh boy, let me tell you... that stirred up a shitstorm! LOL
Even so, I had to miss a few calls because of other shit that was going on, and when I came back on, they had gutted our shit! The final AOAC method call is going out, and it only has 4 bioactives listed! They are erinacine A, then only 1 hericene, 1 hericenone, and then hericerin... We have a method that quantifies 10 hericenes/hericenones, and we have data on all the stuff on the market for which ones are highest on average. They ignored all that and picked just 1 random example of each to put in the method call! Then they added hericerin, which we have not found in any commercial sample. However, Host Defense said they totally see it... However, we test their shit all the time, and we don't see it. They also didn't share any data proving they have seen it. I did see their poster at the AOAC conference saying they found it, but it was QToF data from a bench scale lab batch! Whooptie doo! You can find 10ppb of something on a QToF in a lab scale batch. Good job! That doesn't mean it is at meaningful levels in the real world.
Anyway, I have tons of stories about what is going on in the background of the industry. We have our hands in a lot more things than people realize. Nootropics Depot is just a small part of what we do these days. There's a whole world of cool shit going on in the background with our larger partnerships and R&D efforts, both through Omnient Labs and our other sister companies. I get to see a really large part of the picture, which means I can also call bullshit on people's claims more easily.
