InfiniFiber: Advanced Synbiotic Fiber by Nootropic Depot
InfiniFiber is officially available.
We engineered InfiniFiber as an advanced synbiotic, combining 11 distinct fibers with a spore-forming probiotic (LactoSpore®). Rather than a standard bulk supplement, we designed this formula specifically around fermentation kinetics.
By utilizing multiple fiber types with 5 different fermentation speeds, we're able to:
* Minimize GI Discomfort: Staggered fermentation rates mitigate the rapid gas production (bloating) common with standard fiber supplements.
* Maximize Microbial Support: Acts as targeted substrates to support 40+ beneficial microbial species throughout the entire digestive tract.
* Drive SCFA Production: Optimized to support the production of key short-chain fatty acids like propionate for metabolic health and satiety.
* Deliver Synbiotic Synergy: Pairs a precise balance of fermentable and non-fermentable fibers with highly stable LactoSpore® to ensure gastric survivability and efficacy.

u/Pretty-Chill , Are you able to let me know how many grams of fenugreek fiber is in each serving of InfiniFiber, along with a breakdown of the fenugreek fiber's composition, particularly the percentage of galactomannan versus other constituents (e.g., saponins, flavonoids, alkaloids)?
I’m trying to assess for someone whether InfiniFiber is safe for use during breastfeeding. Although fenugreek is traditionally used as a galactagogue, there appears to be limited high-quality safety data in lactating mothers and infants.

We openly list the amount of each fiber on the label, so everyone can see exactly how much of each is in there. No hidden formulas here! There is 1,000mg of fenugreek fiber in each dose. The cool thing with fenugreek fiber is that it is a specialized extract meant for the fiber content, not like other fenugreek extracts. This means most of the bioactives that you would be worried about have been removed, as the extract is targeting the fiber fraction of the plant. The extraction process preferentially retains the galactomannan and insoluble fiber while reducing the saponin, alkaloid, and flavonoid fractions that are present in whole seed. The extract is alcohol-insoluble, which means the steroidal saponin fraction (diosgenin/yamogenin) is largely absent. Those compounds are alcohol-soluble and are separated out during processing. This makes the extract a substantially cleaner fiber source than whole fenugreek seed from a phytochemical standpoint, and further reduces the already-low concerns about bioactive compound exposure at the 1,000 mg inclusion level.
