Wait, so you could redeem like a 5-10 dollar voucher and the time resets, like even if you dont buy anything? I think i nearly lost like 9000 points because i miscalculated your sale by like a day or two, thankfully the sms announcement may have reset them, either way, i still have them. I know that most of your customers are in north america, but for us that order to europe the 90 days can be a bit tight, and we cant just buy again, ive been saving up points since you launched the rewards so that ill have enough to get roughly the equivalent of 20-25% off a smaller buy twice a year going forward, but thats only an additional 2 buys a year, if i was to perfectly space everything id still lose the points eventually. I bought twice between the summer sale and now on BF and i still almost lost my points. It would be nice if you could make the time before the points run out like 110 days or 100 days. This time i was saved by making multiple buys and only being off by like one day and getting the life line of the sms announcement points, but i will probably miscalculate eventually, im up to like 17000 points now, most of which i will use between now and the summer sale, but it would suck to lose them because of some small miscalculation.

Yes, any points earning or redeeming action resets the timer. That includes your birthday earning points, or inviting other people to buy.

We have some cool stuff coming out soon that you will be able to use your points on. Us doing a bottle and label redesign threw a wrench into things a bit. It's a lot of work to completely redesign things, and then put in a plan to shift almost 600 products over to it. I honestly thought we could move quicker on it, but I should have known it would take longer than we planned. It always does. I just get excited and try to push things fast. I also didn't want to release new stuff on Natrium, to only then have to completely change them right after we released them, so we had to put a pause on new product releases till the new designs are done. We have changed a lot about the plastic bottle molds, label sizes, label materials, laminate materials, spotFX, etc. We are even now doing soft touch coatings on the bottles themselves. It's going to be really nice when it is done. It's just been a lot of work.

Obviously everyone is excited for the muscle recomp product we have coming out, and for our fiber. Then of course our probiotics are going to be super cool. We have our optimized vitamin D and K coming out, and many people are excited for the sulforaphane product. We also have an eyesight stack we are working on, which is going to interest many people. However, one thing I think many people are going to be excited about is that fact that we have been doing a ton of work on improved bioavailability systems. I've been very critical of liposomes, not because I think the concept is BS, but because the products on the market are. Nobody is doing proper DLS and cryoTEM to even show what they are selling is a liposome, much less that those liposomes made an improvement to bioavailability using pharmacokinetic studies. However, we think we have finally found a partner that is doing it right, so we might be releasing some real liposomal products with actual lab data proving them soon! We've also been working on our own bioavailability enhancement system that will be even cooler than liposomes. I've personally beta tested some formulas using it, and it is pretty sweet! We also found a facility that is doing advanced cyclodextrin encasing for ingredients, and they are right here in Arizona! So we are going to be doing some really cool things with multiple types of bioavailability enhancement techniques on ingredients this year.
