Shipping cost is always broken out in the commercial invoice for international orders, and the goods are always line itemized separately. Also, when you get free shipping, there is no cost shown on the invoice for that. We pay it, but it is not factored into VAT and import duties, as you didn't technically pay it. We also declare the goods at the lower sale price, not the original full price. So if you place an order a little over $200, you should be fine to the UK... at least for now, till they remove that in 2029.
