Today was first time ever I received email about sale which was exactly 27 mins ago so way way after it actually started (9hours ago). I missed summer sale this and last year as with black friday your usually on a deal hunt anyway

We switched from Omnisend to Klaviyo for our emails a few months ago, which I think is working better. For some reason, some customers were not getting emails from us through Omnisend. Klaviyo has a lot better automations and integrations as well.

Only our engaged customer list got emails yesterday before the sale started. We didn't want to annoy people like other brands, and we figured midnight was not a great time for emails to go out, so the email to our full customer list went out at 9am this morning. I guess for international customers that time isn't the same, so maybe we can segment international customers into a different list, and send them emails sooner. It's a challenge to balance emails so that we reach everyone, but don't piss people off with too many.
