Seemingly brutal for Canadians all around IMO. The shipping and duties on even a small order is diabolical. Usually try to order bulk-ish as to not have to constantly re-up stock. Also, I "redeemed" a small reward/points and it gave me a code to use for the order, which takes precedence over the actual 20% so it is useless (I think)?
Not complaining, just ranting to myself. Maybe I'll attempt to become a US citizen just to have some better access to ND.
Any chance you've had discussions on getting your product on iHerb? A lot of American products are much more accessible there.

Yeah, it's a shame for Canadians right now. I get the postal workers are trying to get better compensation, but it has really messed up mail to Canada over the past year. They purposely do it around the holidays as well, to cause the most disruption. We had this same issue last year around this time. I had to deal with multiple irate Canadians that ordered from us on Black Friday and had to wait months to get the order. I didn't want a repeat of that this year.
For the points, they are meant to be used in between sales. The idea is that you can earn a lot of points during our two big sales, then use those points in between our sales to try new things that we release. If you write our support, we can put your points back into your account so you don't lose them.
Once we have switched over to the new bottles, labels, and branding, I am going to revisit the iHerb thing. There might be an opportunity for us to have some products on iHerb. It won't be the full catalog, but I want to figure out what we can make work on there. All of these changes to tariffs, removal of de minimis, VAT/PST being charged more often, and other stuff both Canada and the EU have put in place over the past couple years has really affected international sales. It just adds more and more cost on top of things, so I get everyone's frustration. We are frustrated as well. I guess we didn't realize how easy we had it for a while there. I wish we could go back to the way it was in like 2015.
