I wanted to know if the lower dose enteric coated equates/is similar to 250mg in powdered capsule form because of better bioavailability and absorption. Any help in this regard would be great! Thanks.

You can absolutely crush them up and take them orally. The coating just seals the outside. If you crush it up, that external seal layer is broken and the NMN will absorb normally. There is no way to give an exact comparison in strength, though. I would just take one and see how you feel.

The coating looking different on the NMN is just a function of the NMN color, not the coating color. The coating itself lets the color of the powder underneath show through. These are the new wider/flatter tablets, right? You don't have a bottle of the smaller older batch? What's your lot number?
