I wanted to know if the lower dose enteric coated equates/is similar to 250mg in powdered capsule form because of better bioavailability and absorption. Any help in this regard would be great! Thanks.

Just got both. the NMN definitely isn't the same as my previous source which did give me sublingual effects. Taste is slightly different (less citric acid/malic acid-y) and turns into a paste in the mouth versus dissolving.
This is in comparison with MegaResveratrol's SuperNMN, which they claim is of higher bioavailability due to being freeze-dried. Not sure if I believe that, as I consider you the authority on the subject, however I can't deny the difference in feeling, taste & dissolving thing which leave me perplexed.

I can buy some of theirs and test it in the lab. Synthetic NMN is synthetic NMN, though. Unless they were doing some sort of citric acid salt. I don't think they are, though.
When purchasing NMN, there are two issues to consider: purity, and the method of manufacturing. There are two main methods of manufacturing NMN: Freeze-Dried and Vacuum-Dried. While both products are 99% pure, the difference is in the bioavailability and absorption of the products. Freeze-dried (the preferred method over vacuum dried ), absorbs at a 15%-20% higher rate than the vacuum-dried NMN. Because of the lower cost of manufacturing, most NMN products available on the market are produced by the vacuum drying method and are offered at a lower price, compared to freeze-dried NMN. Unlike Vacuum-Dried NMN, freeze-dried NMN is a long and costly process, which is the reason for the difference in product prices.
LOL, freeze drying IS VACUUM DRYING! We have a freeze dryer (lyophilizer) in our lab. It uses a vacuum to lower the atmospheric pressure around a sample to sublimate the water. I don't understand what they are even trying to get at with that paragraph. If they said oven drying is different than freeze drying, then it would be correct. Nobody is oven drying NMN, though. Also, the drying process would only affect crystal structure and stability. It wouldn't affect pharmacokinetics. NMN is highly polar and water soluble. Crystal structure disappears in water solution. The drying process would not affect pharmacokinetics at all. This talk of absorbing at a 15-20% higher rate is all BS woo without data.
