I wanted to know if the lower dose enteric coated equates/is similar to 250mg in powdered capsule form because of better bioavailability and absorption. Any help in this regard would be great! Thanks.

Interesting because I don't feel it as quick if I simply swallow it right away. It wasn't with your NMN though, it was the one from MegaResveratrol, the "SuperNMN" with different specs, although not sure if that would change anything in the context of your assessment.
They also recommend it being taken sublingually.
Additionally, even straight powder orally is better felt than enteric for some reason....

Likely a psychosomatic reaction, unless there are Slc12a8 transporters in the mouth. I don't think there are, though. Maybe there is something we don't know about NMN transport. It's always possible. However, it won't passively diffuse in the mouth. I know that.
