I wanted to know if the lower dose enteric coated equates/is similar to 250mg in powdered capsule form because of better bioavailability and absorption. Any help in this regard would be great! Thanks.

1 gram. I don't really time it, when I start feeling it, I usually give it 30-60sec before the powder goes down the hatch. I'd guesstimate between 1-5mins.

Then you are just taking it orally. You can really only absorb 5-10mg sublingually over a 30min period. Also, NMN is too polar to absorb through the mucous membranes in the mouth. You need a LogP of 1-5 for things to work sublingually, unless you create a lipid emulsion with lecithin or something. NMN has a LogP of around -3.5. She a polar boi, so it won't absorb under the tongue or in the gums.
